WHO WE ARE

We are a dynamic and innovative team of Neapolitan artisans & entrepreneurs who build up Handmade moving & fixed Ovens both wood -burning than gas ones in the respect of the ancient criteria of tradition.

The ovens are entirely made up with Italian raw materials (Made in Naples), MANNA OVENS (Manna Forni) is the result of art and passion of our artisans who feel love by making their job.

We are specialized to be close to our customer’s needs in order to produce a tailor made ovens.

Thanks to the experience of our oven makers, Manna Ovens is able to produce very high quality pizza ovens with the respect of the Neapolitan Pizza Cooking Tradition:

Oven temperature: 430 °C about
Pasta temperature: 60-65 °C
Tomato temperature: 75-80 °C
Olive Oil temperature: 75-85 °C
Mozzarella temperature: 65-70 °C

PIZZA

The most popular worldwide food product, the most versatile from Street Food to Gourmet Food, PIZZA is indisputably the food of every ones. Its organoleptic characteristics are well known over the world but how a good pizza do you do is a Secret…. And with our ovens you will discover it. Ingredients: - Pulped tomatoes of Campania origin (the Agro-Nocerino-Sarnese is the best area) - Italian wheat flour (we suggest a particular one) - Mozzarella or ‘fiordilatte’ (mozzarella made from cow’s milk) - Extravergin olive oil - Basil

NAPLES

Land of conquers and the Capital of Regno Delle due Sicilie, the City is the natural landscape of our tradition. The story tells that Margherita Pizza was invented by Raffaele Esposito, the best pizza maker of the period, in occasion of the visit of Queen Margherita, the wife of Umberto I the King, Savoia dynasty in the 1889. This is the first PIZZA ever produced in the world.

OVENS

As for tradition still today the Neapolitan pizza is cooked in firewood ovens with a cooking temperature of 485 °C required for getting the true Neapolitan pizza. It’s very important the pizza is uniformly cooked on all its circumference and the cooking times haven’t to be more than 60-90 seconds. Only the traditional Neapolitan MANNA ovens thanks to the used construction materials and its right proportion of the dimensions guarantees the above mentioned cooking criteria.

Our designers are continuously looking for new styles, new trends and new solutions able to satisfy our customers. Thanks to our flexibility and availability our design office is so glad to assure you the best custom-made service available in the market. You can choice between different models, to modify the tiles or the dimensions and select the colors for your hand-made oven.

DO YOU PREFER THE FIX OVEN? NO PROBLEM, OUR OVEN MAKERS ARE AVAILABLE TO BUILD YOUR OVEN AT YOUR PIZZERIA, RESTAURANT OR HOME!

If you have any space restriction or any doubt about mobile oven, of course we have the solution for your problem. Our oven makers can build the oven directly at your home, restaurant or pizzeria without any problem or restriction. We provide the same materials as per Neapolitan tradition rule and grant the same high standards required by it.

Wood: Which kind?

Thanks to our experience and co-operation with the best Neapolitan pizza makers we are getting you know which kind of wood is suitable for the original wood-fired ovens as per the Neapolitan tradition. To start the oven flame the beech wood is the best material to be used, To achieve the best temperature maintenance of the flame you can use oak wood.

Gas: Without the wood like a wood!

For all countries that can’t use wood-fired oven we designed Gas-fired ovens. Our ovens are suitable for all kinds of Gas Burner like Spitfire, Avanzini and more. A fantastic solution able to grant the same wood-fired oven standards as well as the quality of the pizza and its taste.

International shipments: Where are you located? We can deliver you!

We are able to deliver carefully and accurately your oven everywhere to all over the world. Thanks to very strong packaging process allowing to avoid any damages during the sea or road transport. We can also containerize your oven into the wood-box to save it from whatever risks. We also provide all-risks insurance policy to help our customers to avoid any lost or risk.
